Generally, most of my sessions take place online and are part of a program, however occasionally if I’m travelling or for specific events, I offer special in person discounted experiences.
In just 90 minutes, you will gain personalised coaching and a fresh perspective. I often find women seeing their health and wellness in a whole new light after just one of these sessions and it can be the impetus for transformational change.
I also provide a pre-session workbook, so that we can maximise the impact of the session once we meet.
